Our giveaways are currently open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence: 19 in AL/NE, 21 in MS). Void where prohibited.

Each person may create only one EightPass account. Creating multiple accounts, using fake identities, or trying to gain extra entries by abuse may result in disqualification and/or account closure, as described in our Official Rules and Terms of Service.

Coins are a virtual balance you can use to get entries into eligible giveaways. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn.

The number of entries you get per Coin depends on the type of giveaway:

• Premium giveaways (for high-value prizes like an iPhone): 1 Coin = 1 Entry

• Mini giveaways (for smaller prizes like gift cards): 1 Coin = 3 Entries

Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Example: If there are 10,000 total entries and you have 100 entries, your share is 100/10,000 = 1% of all entries. Every entry has the same chance of being selected in the random drawing, whether it came from Coins or from the free AMOE method.

After a giveaway ends, we hold a random computer drawing from all eligible entries received, including both Coin-based entries and free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) entries. Every eligible entry has the same chance of being selected. The drawing and verification process follows the rules described in the Official Rules for each giveaway.

After the giveaway period ends and we complete the random drawing and verification process, the potential winner is usually notified within a few days (typically within 7 days, unless stated otherwise in the Official Rules).

• Digital prizes are generally delivered shortly after verification is complete.

• Physical prizes are shipped within a reasonable time frame, as described on the specific giveaway page and/or in the Official Rules.
