Giveaways are open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., aged 18+ (19+ in AL/NE, 21+ in MS). Void where prohibited.

Each giveaway shows the countdown and exact end date/time (Pacific Time). Entries must be received and recorded by our systems (or submitted via AMOE per the Official Rules) before the stated deadline.

ePass Credits are digital credits you use on EightPass to enter giveaways. Each giveaway page shows the entry rate, which may vary. Typically, 1 ePass Credit equals 1 entry for Premium Giveaways and 3 entries for Mini Giveaways.

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period. Each eligible entry—whether obtained via ePass Credits or via AMOE—has an equal chance of being selected. More entries may increase your statistical chances, but do not guarantee winning.

After the promotion period ends, EightPass conducts a random drawing from all eligible entries received, including both ePass Credit entries and AMOE entries, using a fair process consistent with the Official Rules. We may maintain internal logs/drawing IDs for auditing and compliance.
