Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EightPass (“we,” “our,” “us”), including our website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) and a legal resident of the United States (or other eligible countries as listed in the giveaway rules) to use the Services.

Giveaways are void where prohibited.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Coins and Transactions

  • Coins are virtual credits purchased through the Services.

  • Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

  • Coins can only be used to enter giveaways.

  • All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Giveaways

  • All giveaways are governed by the Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Entry into giveaways may require Coins or a free entry via Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE), as stated in the Official Rules.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at our discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

 

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or fraudulent methods to enter giveaways.

  • Misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Services.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (logos, graphics, text, software, etc.) is the property of EightPass or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute such content without written consent.

Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services or giveaways.

  • We are not responsible for errors, delays, technical issues, or third-party actions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EightPass and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 6 months.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles, California.

You waive the right to participate in class actions and agree to resolve disputes individually.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you violated these Terms.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account, Coins, and any pending entries.
