EIGHTPASS REFUND POLICY

EightPass sells digital products only. Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after checkout, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available through your account, order confirmation, download link, collector archive, or other digital access method.

We do not offer refunds for digital products once access has been delivered or made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law or explicitly approved by EightPass in writing.

If you experience an issue accessing your digital product, download link, collector archive, or account access, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

Billing errors, such as duplicate charges or incorrect charges, will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, dispute, cancellation, or failed payment occurs, any promotional entries, credits, or related benefits associated with the affected transaction may be voided, removed, adjusted, or disqualified, subject to the Terms of Service and Official Rules.

Promotional entries have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for money, credit, cash equivalent, or any other value.
